Opportunities Industrialization Center

DesJean Jones is the Executive Director for Opportunities Industrialization Center of Oklahoma County, Inc. (OIC), a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring adult students.  With a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching, DesJean has a background of vocational instruction for adults which spans more than 20 years and 10 years of corporate leadership and management. She is also a Certified Career and Life Coach through the International Coach Federation. DesJean received her formal education from Oklahoma State University, Langston University, and the University of Texas-Dallas.
