SCU Soar High and Run 5K

Description

Open registration for Southwestern Christian University's Soar High and Run 5K race has begun.

The race, sponsored by the Kinesiology, Exercise and Physical Education (KEPE) Club, will be March 28, 2015 on and around the school’s Bethany campus  at 9 a.m.

The race will be USA Track and Field certified and each runner will wear a small, lightweight chip that uniquely identifies them as they cross strategically the finish line. The chip will handle the task of collecting and processing results at the end of the race.

In addition, there will also be a one-mile fun run/walk  after the 5K race.

Registration packets will be available for picking beginning at 7 a.m. the day of the race.  Same day registrations are not guaranteed an event t-shirt.
