Deer Clan Books will host Oklahoma author Kelly Poland on Saturday, March 25, 3:00-4:30 pm.
Oklahoma Prairie Tales is a compilation of true stories as told to Poland by her grandmother. From bouncing on a buckboard to a cow in a hotel, from outrunning a thunderstorm-on horses!- to chasing a runaway mule. Poland will share these stories and more in a power point presentation. Children and adults alike will enjoy this event. Books will be available for purchase and will be signed by the author. This event is free and open to the public at Deer Clan Books, 3905 N.
