The Sale is Saturday & Sunday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM
We are volunteering on Saturday. Please pick a 3 hour shift that works for you.

Oklahoma Expo Hall at the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds
Fees/Admission
Free. In fact, you'll get a free T-shirt from the Chamber, a free T-Shirt from the Friends of the Library, and you'll earn the right to come back on Sunday when it closes and take as many books as you can carry for free. They have to clear the space - no storage. Some people bring carts, luggage, etc.

The metro's Friends of the Library Sale is a HUGE event in our community, and we invite you to join NWOKC in Volunteering, Saturday, February 24.

We will wear our "We Are NWOKC" T-Shirts and will give you one - send us a note at the chamber when you sign up.
There are many areas to volunteer and several time shifts:
8:30 - 11:30 AM; 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM ; 2:30 - 5:30 PM
Most of us will be working in the "Cashier/Checkout" area, so we encourage you to sign up for that assignment. There are a couple variations - all are good.
(You will also be given a "Volunteer" shirt when you check in that day. Please graciously accept it, but wear our "We are NWOKC" T-shirt. )
