Pain Relief for the Work-From-Home or Remote Worker: Workplace Ergonomics Anywhere
Have you found your Home Office less than ideal for all of your daily tasks? Have you found pain in areas you didn't know existed? Then it's time to talk Ergonomics.
Ergonomics is the study of workplace fit and function. Dr. Stephen Liuzza, PT, DPT will share his expertise in the area of workplace ergonomics especially as it pertains to the home office. He will focus on three of the most common pain and dysfunctions office workers have:

- Hand and Wrist Injuries
