Deaconess Healthy Woman Anniversary 2013

Healthy Woman, a free community program offered by Deaconess Hospital, celebrates its fifth anniversary in April. To celebrate, a special fifth anniversary event will be held on Thursday, April 11 from 5 to 8 p.m. featuring guest speaker, News9’s Robin Marsh.

The anniversary event will take place at the Oklahoma City Marriott located at 3233 NW Expressway. A health fair and women’s expo will take place from 5 to 6 p.m. and includes health screenings, partner exhibits and giveaways. The main event will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. and includes dinner, keynote speaker and door prizes.

The 2013 keynote is “Gratefulness: It Does A Body Good” presented by Oklahoma’s own Robin Marsh. Her motivating presentation encourages women to move from a mindset of focusing on “what you don’t have” to looking at “all you do have”, even through difficult challenges and tough times. Robin shares how she learned this lesson and it changed her life forever.
