Description
BuILD NW is Business & Individual Leadership Development from the NW Chamber.
A peer-led study and discussion group, CONFLICT is the topic of the month.
More specifically, what are ways to reduce conflict and some strategies to deal with it in non-threatening, purposeful ways. Leading our presentation this month are Melissa and Lawrence Ross. In addition to her role as COO of LMRoss, Melissa is an instructor of Sociology and Social Psychology at UCO.
